I believe that every member of our community deserves access to excellent healthcare. After several years of working in insurance-based primary care clinics, I became frustrated with never getting as much time as I would have liked to spend with my patients. Variations in insurance coverage from one patient to the next caused limitations dictating how I could care for my patients. Pressure from health care administrators to see as many patients as possible limited my time, preventing thorough and adequate follow up. On a daily basis, I see primary care become more and more fragmented with a minimal level of personal connection.

Guaranteed same-day or next-day visits

 

Primary Care Services (labs beyond the annual labs - CBC, CMP, Lipid, A1C - are NOT included in membership but are available at discounted cost)

 

  • Acute/sick care

  • Chronic disease management

  • Well-child visits

  • Well-woman visits (including GYN Exams)

  • Women’s Health (menopause, contraception, PCOS, etc)

  • Men’s Health Services (Low Testosterone, ED, BPH, etc)

  • Preventative care (cancer screens, physical exams, labs, and education)

  • Wellness services

  • Weight loss programs and nutrition counseling

  • Telehealth services

  • Weight-Neutral care and Lifestyle Medicine

    • Lifestyle counseling including nutrition, exercise and sleep with an emphasis on developing sustainable habits

  • Health Counseling and Education

  • Chronic disease management such as

    • Diabetes management

    • Hypertension

    • High cholesterol

    • Heart disease

    • Asthma, Allergies, Thyroid, etc.

  • Mental health medication management

    • Anxiety

    • Depression

    • Insomnia, ADHD

  • Eating Disorders and Disordered Eating Treatment

  • Referrals to specialists – for patients that require specialized care beyond the scope of our practice, we strive to refer to providers who align with our approach to healthcare

    • Specialist Consult (extra fee – varies): We are part of a specialist consult service where for some conditions, we can reach out for a specialist opinion and get direction on whether it is worth the patient making a separate specialist appointment or not. We pass through the cost of the consult fee.

 

Physicals (annual, employment, sports, school, general wellness)

  • Review your personal and family medical history, including any existing conditions or concerns, and current medications and supplements

  • Make sure your vaccinations are up-to-date

  • Discuss your lifestyle habits and behaviors

  • Check your vital signs, including heart rate, temperature, blood pressure, and respiration rate

  • Evaluate your overall appearance, such as your skin health, how you move and talk, and whether there are any outward signs of illness

  • Check your heart and lungs

  • Examine your abdomen, head, neck and back

  • Test your balance, reflexes, muscle strength, and coordination

  • Discuss your health concerns, including mental health

  • Collect blood and urine samples for lab testing

  • Gynecological exams including pap smear (excluding pathology – extra fee)

 

Urgent Care Services

  • Acute pain and injuries, including sprains and minor injury

  • Colds, flu, and viruses, including COVID-19 and strep

  • Acute infections, such as sinus and urinary tract infections

  • Cuts, burns, and bruises

  • Abdominal pain and gastrointestinal issues like nausea and vomiting

  • Earaches

  • Conjunctivitis (pinkeye)

  • Dehydration

  • Insect bites, bee stings, and minor allergic reactions

 

In-House Point-of-Care testing

  • Urine Analysis

  • Step testing

  • Flu swabs

  • Mono

 

Procedures included in membership

  • Annual labs (CBC, CMP, Lipid, A1C)

  • EKG

  • Abscess drainage

  • Laceration repair

  • Wart removal

  • Ear lavage (flushing out the ear canal)

  • Mole or skin tag removal

  • Pap smears (excludes lab fees)

 

Plus, we have greatly reduced rates for any labs (and prescriptions) not included in your membership.
